Ideal for families and anyone who is interested in art, How Art Is Made looks at a range of creative techniques from painting, woodcarving, bronze-casting, drawing and etching to weaving, pottery, jewellery-making and the process of stained glass.

The ‘Bull Ring Gallery’ tells the story of Birmingham’s oldest retail destination. The gallery uses a mixture of audio commentary and visual displays to tell the story about how important the markets have been in Birmingham’s transformation from a medieval market town to the commercial centre of the Midlands.
