Canon Bridge House

Canon Bridge House is a grade II listed Georgian house on the banks of the River Wye, surrounded by wonderful unspoilt Herefordshire countryside. The Garden Wing is completely self contained and can be seen on the right of the photograph.



Less than 100 yds from the house we own the fishing on the River Wye, this is available to all our visitors subject to them holding a current licence. The start of the 2008 season has seen good catches of Barbel (up to 12lbs) Chubb and Dace. The fishing is exclusive to the property.



Downstairs Accommodation:



Entrance Hall

Sitting room with a very efficient wood burner (initial supply of fuel provided foc). Views over the walled garden. Well equipped kitchen electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer AGA (winter months only). Dining Room views over our lovely garden & walled garden to two sides. WC.



Steep stairs lead to first floor landing with a good selection of books and a seating area.



Upstairs Accommodation:

Bathroom (bath, WC, separate shower, washbasin)

Twin room with washbasin - glorious views

Double room located up a few steps - glorious unspoilt views

The accommodation is very spacious, light and airy



Outside: large front garden, with exclusive use, table and benches.

Welcome hamper of homemade bread, preserve, butter, local eggs (when available) sugar, tea and milk.

Included in the price: Fishing, towels, duvets, bed linen, electricity. The property has full central heating which is timed for morning/evening use.
