Arrow Weir House

We offer luxury, 4-Star, twin-bedded en-suite, ground floor B&B accommodation in the Kingswood Suite.

The Accommodation:
The Suite consists of a twin bedded room with sitting area, dressing room and en-suite shower room with WC. It is centrally heated throughout with wall-to-wall carpeting in the bed/sitting and dressing rooms, and ceramic floor tiles in the shower room. The shower room has a wall mounted electric bathroom heater to ensure a comfortable temperature in all seasons.

The bed sitting room is furnished with very comfortable reclining armchairs, occasional tables, SkyTV and a selection of DVDs, videos, books and puzzles. A range of hot and cold drinks are provided with a selection of biscuits and a generous bowl of fruit.

This is a warm, comfortable, spacious room where you will be able to make the most of your stay in the attractive Border town of Kington.

Facilities:
At Arrow Weir House we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

To this end we have provided:

Dressing room with ample storage for clothes and suitcases.

Electrically heated shower room and WC, with a selection of toiletries.

Hairdryer.

Iron and ironing board (on request)

SkyTV, DVD, video player, maps and leaflets of local walks

Hospitality tray in the bedroom.

Use of owners front and rear gardens.

Indoor coat and boot drying facilities.

Outside taps to clean muddy boots.

Breakfast
At Arrow Weir House we pride ourselves on the quality and choice of our breakfasts that are served in the hall adjacent to the suite. We make our own bread, marmalades, jams and chutneys and use high quality locally sourced products wherever possible. From the breakfast table there are lovely views of the garden, with mature trees and shrubs against a background of the water meadows and Hergest Ridge beyond.

Tariff
£75 per night for the suite of rooms, to include a full Borders Cooked Breakfast, Vegetarian or Vegan equivalent, Continental, or Packed Breakfast for early departures. We do our best to cater for any special dietary requirements if notified in advance. Packed Lunches are available at a cost of £5 each.

Booking Terms
£25.00 per night deposit, which is non refundable if the booking is cancelled within four weeks of stay, but may however be transferred to an alternative date within 12 months of the original booking. If cancelled with more than four weeks notice the deposit will be returned minus an administrative charge.
